A representative of the Rach Chiec Traffic Police Team, Ho Chi Minh City Police, said that on November 20, the unit had issued a fine for a car driver (55 years old, living in Ho Chi Minh City) for driving into a motorbike lane.
Previously, PC08's hotline received information with images recording all violations. At 5:13 p.m. on October 11, a car with a HCMC license plate traveling on Hoang Cam Street (Linh Xuan Ward, from the Linh Xuan overpass to the former Binh Duong Province) continuously entered the motorbike lane and occupied the entire road.

Working with the police, the driver admitted to the violation and said the reason was because his daughter wanted to buy goods, so he drove like that.
The Rach Chiec Traffic Police Team has issued a fine to the driver for " controlling a vehicle in the wrong lane". This behavior is punished according to the provisions of Point b, Clause 5, Article 6 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP.
For the above violation, the driver will be fined 5 million VND and have 2 points deducted from his driving license.
