Information on flooding on the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway on October 11 from the Department of Roads

    The Vietnam Road Administration has just informed about the flooding situation on the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway on the morning of October 11.

    Road Management Office I.1 reported that by 6:30 a.m. on October 11, 2025, the flooding situation on the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway: - At Km29 TT from Thai Nguyen to Hanoi, the water receded, and there were still about 20-30 cm of slow-moving vehicles. On the right side of the Thai Nguyen route, the water has receded.

    The flooded point at Km28+200 on the left of the route has been completely receded.

    A point of water surged onto the roadside at 6:00 p.m. on October 10, about 30cm long at Km27 - Km27+030 on the left side of the route in Trung Gia commune, Hanoi. The office and the enterprise of Bac Nam Company are managing traffic.
