A doctor in Thua Thien Hue asked, a hospital with 2 facilities, of which facility 2 under the facility 1 (there are 2 licenses for medical examination and treatment and placed at 2 different addresses) Is the practice registration at Facility 1 practicing at Facility 2?
In this regard, the Ministry of Health answered as follows:
Under the provisions of Clause 8, Article 27 of Decree No. 96/2023/ND-CP of December 30, 2023, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Examination and Treatment: "The practitioner of the examination facility Diseases and treatment have many places for medical examination and treatment registered as a practitioner at all places of such medical examination and treatment establishments ".
Thus, in case the hospital has 2 facilities, the practitioner is registered to practice at two hospital facilities.
