Talking to reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper, Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Xuan Co - Director of Bach Mai Hospital - shared about personnel "calculations" and breakthrough policies to prepare for the operation of Bach Mai Hospital, Facility 2 in the coming time.

To solve the biggest problem in the lives of staff, Bach Mai Hospital has built a flexible and appropriate personnel policy and put the interests of staff first. Accordingly, the hospital will apply the form of temporary rotation instead of long-term work transfers.
"The hospital's policy is to rotate for a certain period of time and time, not to require them to go to the facility for a long period of time, 1-2 years, because that will disrupt their lives" - Director of Bach Mai Hospital shared.
Regarding the treatment regime, the hospital is committed to ensuring the salary and bonus regime at facility 2 as completely as at facility 1. In particular, the hospital is proposing to the Government and the Ministry of Health a special regime in the early stages of operating the new facility to encourage and motivate the medical team. This proposal has received the consensus of all levels and sectors.

Understanding the difficulties in daily travel, Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Xuan Co said that the hospital has been investing in and purchasing modern means of transportation to serve and support medical staff's travel.
"The hospital has been investing in purchasing new and safe cars for daily transportation and transportation of staff. Those who are limited and cannot stay can still go home in the morning and afternoon" - he said.
For officers who need to stay to perform professional tasks and on duty for emergency care, the hospital has closely coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province to build solid and spacious housing areas. This careful preparation aims to help doctors and nurses have a stable place to live, thereby feeling secure in dedicating themselves to and serving patients.

On October 31, the Government Office issued Notice No. 591/TB-VPCP on the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long's inspection and urging of the investment project to build the second facility of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital and Bach Mai Hospital in Ninh Binh.
