The Lao Cai Provincial Land Fund Development Center has just issued a Notice on the selection of a unit to conduct an auction of urban land use rights in village 6, Luc Yen commune, Lao Cai province (residential group No. 6, Yen The town, Luc Yen district, old Yen Bai province).
According to the announcement, the land fund put up for auction includes 14 urban residential land plots (ODT) with a total area of 2,541 m2.
Of which, 13 plots of land with a total area of 1,757 m2 are identified in the Detailed Plot Area Map No. 79-2019, while 1 plot No. 177 with an area of 784 m2 is measured and painted in the cadastral map adjustment box No. 156-2020.
The plots of land have all completed technical infrastructure including roads, electrical systems, clean water, drainage and lighting.
As for plot number 177, the area of 624 m2 behind has not been leveled, the auction winner will have to level it himself according to the design documents that have been appraised by the Department of Construction of Yen Bai province.
The starting price for land use rights auctions is implemented according to Decision No. 2140/QD-UBND dated June 17, 2025 of the People's Committee of Luc Yen district, with the total starting value for all 14 plots of land being more than 37 billion VND.
Of which, the highest is plot No. 169 with an area of 150.8 m2 with a starting price of more than 5.8 billion VND; the lowest is plots 150, 151, 152 (128 m2) with a starting price of about 1.06 billion VND/plot.
Property auction organizations that want to participate must be on the list announced by the Ministry of Justice, have facilities, equipment, and a feasible auction plan, and at the same time demonstrate their capacity, experience, and reputation according to the provisions of Circular 19/2024/TT-BTP.
The unit must commit to progress, no tax arrears, have human resources and conditions to organize the auction right in Lao Cai province.
The application form is submitted directly or by post to the Lao Cai Provincial Land Fund Development Center (Dong Tam 2 residential group, Yen Bai ward, Lao Cai city). The application period is from August 25, 2025 to August 27, 2025.
The results of the selection of the auction organizer will be publicly announced on the National Property Auction Portal (Ministry of Justice) and the Lao Cai Provincial Electronic Information Portal.
