Accordingly, the project has a scale of about 50.25 hectares; the total investment capital is about VND 8,156 billion.

According to the plan, this complex will allocate nearly 15 hectares to build low-rise houses and apartments. The area for sports facilities is more than 29 hectares. In addition, the project will also have commercial, educational, medical, cultural works... The province will select investors for the project through bidding in March.
Bac Ninh is one of the industrial capitals in the North, concentrating a series of FDI giants in the fields of technology equipment manufacturing, electronics, and semiconductors.

Currently, Bac Ninh province is also calling for investment in a series of urban areas in Bac Ninh city, Tu Son, Tien Du district with a total estimated capital of more than 105,000 billion VND.
Transport infrastructure in Bac Ninh is changing strongly. Gia Binh airport in Xuan Lai commune and Gia Binh town, Gia Binh district, Bac Ninh province has just started construction at the end of last year.
This project is being consulted by the Ministry of Transport with ministries and branches to add to the planning of the domestic international airport network.
Hanoi City has also agreed on the plan to build a nearly 50km, 120m wide road connecting Gia Binh airport with the center of the capital.
