On April 23, information from the Office of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee said that Mr. Pham Van Thinh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just chaired a working session on site clearance (GPMB) for Yen Lu Industrial Park (IP), Yen Lu IP (extended part) phase 1 and the power supply situation for Yen Lu Industrial Cluster (CCN).
According to the report at the working session, the Yen Lu Industrial Park project was approved for investment policy by the Prime Minister on December 31, 2021, with a scale of 377 hectares, in Yen Dung ward, Bac Ninh province.
To date, the total area of land recovered and compensation and site clearance support plans approved has reached about 36.7/377 ha, equivalent to 95.7% of the total project area. Of which, the area allocated to the investor is 343.17 ha; the remaining area is continuing to be focused on by agencies and localities to remove difficulties, complete dossiers and organize implementation.
Yen Lu Industrial Park Project (extended part) phase 1 was approved for investment policy by the Prime Minister on July 12, 2024, with a scale of 119.83 ha.
The progress of site clearance for Yen Lu Industrial Park project (extended part) phase 1 is slow compared to the approved plans.
At the working session, relevant units reported on the progress of implementation, analyzed difficulties and obstacles in site clearance, technical infrastructure relocation and coordination between departments, branches, and localities with investors. Through this, proposed solutions to complete compensation and site clearance for the remaining area of the project.
Concluding the working session, Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh requested specialized agencies and localities to review all existing problems and obstacles related to land, land use origin, compensation policies, and resettlement support; strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to agree to hand over land.
At the same time, the investor needs to closely coordinate with the locality, proactively allocate resources to accelerate the project implementation progress.
Regarding the electricity supply infrastructure serving Yen Lu IC, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to urgently complete acceptance procedures and accelerate the construction progress of items to meet the electricity demand for production and business of enterprises when projects go into operation.
It is known that Bac Ninh province currently has 43 industrial parks approved for planning, with a total area of over 13,000 hectares; of which 36 industrial parks have been approved for investment policy, with an area of about 10,500 hectares.
