On October 17, Kien Minh commune implemented enforcement against 6 households whose land was recovered for the new urban area project in the area.
Kien Minh commune has 983 households and 2 organizations with an area of over 133 hectares of land in the new urban area project in Duong Kinh district and Kien Thuy district (old).
To carry out site clearance for project implementation, Kien Minh commune has stepped up propaganda and publicly implemented land acquisition and compensation for households in accordance with procedures and regulations of law. However, the household did not hand over the site to the construction unit, affecting the project's progress.

On October 17, a house built by mistake on someone else's land (on DX 066, Chanh Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City) was being relocated by a construction service company (also known as "genie Lam") to the main owner's land.
The house was built on 1 ground floor with a cost of about 800 million VND. This house will be moved to a plot of land right next to it. The lightning god relocated the house with a fee of more than 200 million VND.
After about half a month of construction, the "genie" company dug the foundation of the house, reinforced the foundation system; used hydraulic shock to lift the house.
The construction unit is also making the foundation at the location where the house will be relocated. Hanoi will have 7 more bridges across the Red River
According to the plan, 7 bridges over the Red River will be added, forming the central landscape axis of the capital, bringing the total number of bridges over the Red River to 21 bridges.
According to the General Planning orientation of the Capital (adjusted), Hanoi City will build 7 more bridges over the Red River including: Lien Trung, Tam Xa, An Duong, Ngoc Thuy, Cu Khoi, Bat Trang and Khuyen Luong. Along with existing bridges and 4 bridges that have started construction in 2025 (Tran Hung Dao, Tu Lien, Ngoc Hoi, Thuong Cat), the total number of Red River overpasses through the central urban area will be increased to 21 bridges.

Hung Yen to auction 64 land lots, starting price from 17.7 million VND/m2
The auction of 64 land lots in Thanh Mieu residential area (phase 1) will take place on November 6, 2025.
The Hung Yen Province Property Auction Service Center has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 64 plots of land in Thanh Mieu residential area (opposite the Health Station), Vu Phuc ward (phase 1).
The plots of land have an area of 74 - 278.5m2, with starting prices ranging from 17.7 - 30.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to 277 million VND to more than 1.3 billion VND per plot.
The auction documents will be sold and received from 8:00 a.m. on October 20 to 11:30 a.m. on November 3, 2025 at Facility 2 of Hung Yen Province Property Auction Service Center (No. 6, Hai Ba Trung Street, Thai Binh Ward) and Vu Phuc Ward People's Committee.
