Proposal not to reclaim land of 32 households to expand Khanh Hoa provincial headquarters
Regarding the plan to expand the province's working headquarters, the Nha Trang ward government proposed not to reclaim land from 32 households to implement the project.

On October 14, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Khanh Hoa province said that the unit had issued a working record with relevant agencies on the compensation and site clearance plan for 32 households living on Nguyen Binh Khiem Street (Nha Trang Ward).
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Justice, the Department of Finance and relevant agencies.
Previously, in the process of studying the expansion of the Provincial Party Committee - National Assembly Delegation - People's Council - People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province headquarters project (Khanh Hoa province headquarters project), the competent authority considered reclaiming the land of the above 32 households.
However, households have submitted petitions and expressed concerns about their rights being affected when the project is implemented.

Dialogue on site clearance for the Ring Road 2 project in Hai Phong
Hai An Ward has just had a dialogue with 14 households whose land is within the scope of the recovery of the Ring Road 2 project, Tan Vu - Hung Dao - Bui Vien section.

At the dialogue, Hai An ward leaders listened to and accepted the opinions and recommendations of 14 households using land within the project recovery scope on compensation, support and resettlement. At the same time, it will answer problems and create consensus, contributing to speeding up the implementation of key projects of the city.
Hai An ward leaders emphasized that the Ring Road 2 project is an important transport infrastructure project, when completed, it will synchronously connect areas inside and outside the city, expand urban space, promote socio-economic development, and improve people's lives. Therefore, the People's Committee of Hai An Ward requests that households strictly comply with the policy of land acquisition, compensation, support and resettlement policies in accordance with the provisions of law; actively coordinate with competent authorities, promptly hand over the site, contributing to speeding up the project construction progress for the common benefit of the community and the sustainable development of the locality.
This Ring Road 2 construction project is a group A project, a special-level traffic project, with a total investment of over VND 7,000 billion; fully invested by the city budget, of which construction cost is nearly VND 4,150 billion; site clearance cost is more than VND 2,200 billion. Hung Yen is about to auction 10 plots of land in Thai Thuy commune, starting from 15 million VND/m2
The Property Auction Service Center under the Hung Yen Department of Justice has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 10 plots of land in the urban residential area of ODT 8B ( lots 03-OBT4; 19-OLK3; 1-OLK5; 1, 2, 3, 4, 6-OLK6; 1, 13-OKL7) in Thai Thuy commune, Hung Yen province.
The plots of land have an area of 120 - 230m2, with starting prices ranging from 15 - 23.1 million VND/m2. The deposit depends on each plot, from 425 million to 825 million VND.

Invitation documents to participate in the auction will be sold at the Hall on the 1st floor of Thai Thuy Commune People's Committee for 2 days, from 8:30 a.m. on October 27 to 4:30 p.m. on October 28, 2025; and at the Property Auction Center from 8:30 a.m. on October 16 to 11:30 a.m. on October 29, 2025 (except for Saturday, Sunday and holidays).
