Reclaiming more than 2,100m2 of land of Cao Bang Petroleum Company
On July 15, the People's Committee of Cao Bang province issued Decision No. 1145/QD-UBND on the recovery of a part of the land area leased to Cao Bang Petroleum Company in Nung Tri Cao ward (formerly Song Bang ward, Cao Bang city).
The reclaimed area is 2,198m2, after the reclaimed, this land area will be handed over to the People's Committee of Nung Tri Cao Ward for management.
Accordingly, the decision also adjusted Decision No. 1486/QD-UBND dated October 12, 2012, reducing the land area leased by Cao Bang Petroleum Company from 18,736m2 to 16,549.3m2.
At the same time, adjust information related to the location and boundaries of the land according to the new map prepared and approved by the Provincial Land Registration Office on June 13, 2025.
