17 land lots in Ninh Binh to be auctioned
Khai Bao Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of land use rights for people to build houses in two concentrated residential areas including: Xuan Trung commune and Xuan Phuong commune, Xuan Truong district (now Xuan Hung commune, Ninh Binh province), with a total of 17 land lots.
The plots of land have areas ranging from 86.2m2 to 192m2, with a total area of 1,864.6m2. The starting price is divided into two levels: 6 million VND/m2 and 9 million VND/m2.
The entire land plot is used as rural residential land (ONT), which has been leveled and invested in the construction of technical infrastructure. No assets attached to the land. The form of land allocation is that the State allocates land with land use fees through auction, with a long-term term of use.
The auction is organized in the form of direct voting at the auction, one round for all land lots. The auction method is to bid upward, the time for recording and submitting the vouchers must not exceed 20 minutes.
The auction participant bids by square meter and receives land by lot, the winning price of each lot is calculated by multiplying the winning price by the area of that land lot.
The common price step for all lots is 100,000 VND/m2, which is the difference between the first bidding price and the starting price or between the next bidding price and the previous bidding price. See more...

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision on handing over 15,537.93 m2 of land to Mai Linh Investment Joint Stock Company to implement the Golden Palace A2 Amusement Park, School and Housing, Commercial and Service Complex Project in Tu Liem Ward (compensation, support and resettlement work has been completed), which was decided by the City People's Committee in the investment policy in Decision No. 1208/QD-UBND dated February 20, 2017, first adjusted in Decision No. 6263/QD-UBND dated December 7, 2023.

Considering adding resettlement land funds for industrial park projects in Hai Phong
The Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, Le Anh Quan, has just inspected the progress of key projects in Thuy Nguyen and Nam Trieu wards.
According to reports from localities, units, and Nam Trieu ward, there are currently 3 projects to exchange defense land (5 locations) invested by the Hai Phong Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board with a total area of over 42 hectares. The area has 35 households using land without documents, 11 households have expired or are about to expire.
In Thuy Nguyen ward, there are currently 10 projects under site clearance, of which 8 projects are on national defense land and 2 projects are in the new urban area of the North Cam River. The main problem of the projects comes from verifying the origin of land to implement compensation and support.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Anh Quan directed that for the items of technical infrastructure returned such as canals, ditches, and traffic routes in Nam Trieu ward, relevant departments and branches should promptly appraise and determine the investor for the Nam Trieu Ward People's Committee to implement.
