Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the auction of residential land use rights for 30 plots of land under the project: Construction of a HTKT for the land auctioned for land use rights in Van Goi - Dong Quan area, Vien Son ward, Son Tay town.
The plots of land have an area of 89 - 139.5m2, starting price is 16,698,000 VND/m2. The common price step applied to the plots of land and the auction round is 3 million VND/step.
The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and a minimum of 5 mandatory auction rounds (except in cases where in any round before round 5, there is a minimum valid bid of the round equal to the starting price approved by the People's Committee of Son Tay town plus 5 price steps, then the winning bid price can be considered for determination, if no one participates in the next auction round). An Trung 2 Apartment Project is located in An Hai Nam Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City, with a total land area of 13,921.2m2. The project includes 3 apartment blocks (Block A has 18 floors, Block B has 15 floors, Block C has 12 floors) with a total of 957 apartments, along with auxiliary items such as kindergartens, community living areas, parking lots and technical infrastructure. blocks A and B, with a total of 633 apartments and a total floor area of about 36,560.1m2, have met legal requirements to put into business.
According to the Department of Construction, the DMC-579 Joint Venture has completed all legal documents related to the project, including the Land Use Rights Certificate, the Planning Approval Decision, the Construction License, and the acceptance minutes for the completion of the project.
