36 roads will be built, renovated and expanded in Hoai Duc district in 2025
The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2677/QD-UBND to adjust and supplement the 2025 land use plan of Hoai Duc district. Accordingly, there are 42 additional projects and 1 adjusted project, with a total land use area of about 373.21 hectares.
Previously, Hoai Duc district had its land use plan approved at the beginning of the year in Decision No. 144/QD-UBND with 125 projects, covering an area of over 838 hectares. After adjustment, the total number of projects in the district will increase to 166, with a total area of about 1,211.6 hectares.
In this list, there are 36 projects related to investment in construction, expansion and renovation of traffic routes. These projects play an important role in completing the inter-commune transportation system, improving technical infrastructure in new urban areas and existing residential areas.
According to the direction of the City People's Committee, Hoai Duc district needs to publicize the list of land use projects and urgently deploy land acquisition, compensation, and site clearance to ensure progress. Bac Ninh is about to have an additional urban area worth more than 10,700 billion VND to serve industrial parks
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent a document to the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security to seek appraisal opinions on the proposal to adjust the Urban Area Construction Investment Project to serve Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park - Sub-area B.
The province proposed that the two ministries determine whether the project is in an area that needs to ensure national defense and security. This is the basis for determining whether the project is licensed for sale to foreigners or not.
The investment project to build an urban area serving Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park - Sub-area B is located in Gia Dong ward, Thuan Thanh town, Bac Ninh province.
The project scale is 702,850.4 m2, including public works areas: Healthcare, education, administration (administrative headquarters, agencies and neighborhood cultural houses) and commercial service areas, offices.
