Ring Road 2.5 project, Nguyen Trai - Dam Hong section (belonging to Khuong Dinh ward, Hanoi) has a length of 1,520m, cross-section scale of the roadbed 40m.
This is a group A project, with a total investment of more than 2,432 billion VND; of which, site clearance costs account for more than 2,001 billion VND.
The total land area to be recovered is 60,902.1 m2, involving 736 cases, including 16 organizations and 720 households and individuals.

According to the People's Committee of Khuong Dinh ward, the site clearance for the Ring Road 2.5 project has been identified by the Party Committee and government of Khuong Dinh ward as a key task, with the strong involvement of the entire political system and functional forces in the area with a drastic, synchronous and highly responsible spirit.
The implementation of compensation, support and resettlement policies is of particular concern to Khuong Dinh ward, ensuring publicity, transparency, correct subjects and in accordance with legal regulations.
Specialized agencies have urgently reviewed and verified the housing and land situation of households, resolutely preventing the situation of taking advantage of policies for personal gain. Cases with unusual signs are all thoroughly inspected and verified and strictly handled according to regulations.
Notably, the organization of the resettlement apartment draw was implemented methodically and scientifically, ensuring fairness among households with the same conditions.
The groups of subjects are clearly classified, the draw process is carried out publicly and transparently, with the supervision of functional agencies and people's representatives, thereby creating high consensus in society.

On the afternoon of May 17, Khuong Dinh Ward People's Committee organized a Conference to draw lots for resettlement apartments for households and individuals whose land is recovered to implement the Ring Road 2.5 project, Nguyen Trai - Dam Hong section according to Notice No. 78/TB-UBND dated May 17, 2026 of the Ward People's Committee.
According to the lucky draw plan, the total number of resettlement apartments put into the draw includes 88 apartments, divided into 3 specific groups: Group 1 includes 51 resettlement apartments with areas from 50.78 m2 to 80.58 m2; group 2 includes 33 resettlement apartments with areas from 86.45 m2 to 98.35 m2; group 3 includes 4 resettlement apartments with areas from over 103.91 m2 to 133.92 m2.
Among them, there are 26 households with recovered land area of less than 30 m2; households with recovered land area of less than 80 m2 but the remaining area outside the site clearance limit is from over 15 m2 to 50 m2; households with agricultural land origin are drawn into group 1; there are 3 households and individuals with recovered land area from over 30 m2 to less than 45 m2 are drawn into group 2; there is 1 household with recovered land area from over 45 m2 to 60 m2 are drawn into group 3.
Khuong Dinh Ward People's Committee said that the conference was organized publicly, democratically, transparently, ensuring the correct procedures and regulations of law and the legitimate rights of households and individuals eligible for resettlement.
The organization of the draw took place seriously and smoothly with the consensus and high unity of participating households.
The implementation of the resettlement apartment draw is an important step to accelerate the progress of site clearance, contributing to the effective implementation of the Ring Road 2.5 project - a key traffic project of great significance for urban infrastructure development, traffic connection and socio-economic development in the area.
