On March 14, the leader of Bao Loc City People's Committee said that the unit issued a Decision to administratively sanction Van Thinh Khang Company Limited (headquartered at 102A, Ho Tung Mau, Ward 1, Bao Loc City) for illegally constructing a parking lot.
The decision clearly stated that, through inspection by the authorities, Van Thinh Khang Company Limited, with Ms. Van Thi Bich Tram as director, had built 2 projects violating regulations on construction order at plot No. 457, map sheet 13, ward 1.
Van Thinh Khang Company Limited has built a project with a mobile roof, steel frame, and corrugated iron roof with an area of 300m2 at the Ho Tung Mau parking lot project (Ward 1) illegally.
In fact, this project was granted a license by the Department of Construction on September 22, 2021, with an area of 241.2m2.
In particular, also on this plot of land, Van Thinh Khang Company Limited also built the premised steel frame project, mobile tarpaulin roof with an area of 1,005.4m2 without a license.
Based on the provisions of the law regulating administrative sanctions for construction violations, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City has decided to fine Van Thinh Khang Company Limited VND 240 million.
Of which, the act of illegally constructing a project was 110 million VND and the act of illegally constructing a project was 130 million VND.
Along with the administrative sanctions, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City forced Van Thinh Khang Company to demolish the violating construction works and construction works according to regulations.
The deadline for implementing remedial measures is 30 days from the date of receipt of this decision. The People's Committee of Bao Loc City assigned the People's Committee of Ward 1 to regularly inspect, monitor, and urge the remediation of the consequences of Van Thinh Khang Company Limited.
Ward 1 People's Committee promptly reports to the City People's Committee. If Van Thinh Khang Company fails to voluntarily comply within the deadline, it will be forced to comply according to the provisions of law.
