According to the announcement from the Department of Construction, two social housing projects for rent are receiving applications in large quantities, meeting the diverse needs of the people.
Accordingly, the Social Apartment Project for People with meritorious services to the Revolution on Vu Mong Nguyen Street announced the receipt of rental documents for 209 apartments (phase 2) from November 10 to December 10. The advertised rental price is 57,822 VND/m2/month (excluding floor coefficient). This project is exclusively for those who have contributed to the revolution and the relatives of martyrs according to regulations.
At the same time, the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park Social Housing Apartment Project also received a loan application for an apartment in blocks E3 and E4. The time to receive documents is from November 24 to December 24. The rental price here is 48,000 VND/m2/month (including maintenance fee and 5% VAT).
Previously, the Social Housing Apartment project at lot B4-2 in Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area (Hai Van ward) invested by Saigon - Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company was opening for sale 4 apartments in the 22nd phase.
The time to receive documents lasts from October 10 to November 8. This is one of the few social housing projects that are open for sale instead of leasing during this period. The selling price is announced in detail for each area opened for sale.
The subjects eligible to register to buy include people with revolutionary contributions, poor households, low-income people, workers in industrial parks, etc. The prerequisite is that the registered person must not have a house under their ownership and not be entitled to any housing support policies in Da Nang. In particular, income conditions require single people to have an income of no more than 15 million VND/month and households not more than 30 million VND/month.
In the face of many projects receiving documents at the same time, to ensure transparency and avoid negative phenomena, the Da Nang Department of Construction has issued a document to rectify the work of receiving and approving.
