Can Tho City People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the outline and cost estimate for the 1/2,000 scale Zoning Plan for the New Urban Area of Chau Van Liem, Phuoc Thoi and Thoi An wards.
The 1/2,000 scale zoning plan of the new urban area of Chau Van Liem, Phuoc Thoi and Thoi An wards is located in the three wards of Chau Van Liem, Phuoc Thoi and Thoi An, O Mon district, Can Tho city. Accordingly, the north borders Hau river and O Mon river; the south borders National Highway 91; the east borders Bang Lang canal and Chanh canal; the west borders O Mon river.
The planning area is about 1,317.1 hectares, with implementation time from 2024 to 2025. The People's Committee of O Mon district organizes the construction planning. The People's Committee of Can Tho city approves the construction planning. The Department of Construction appraises the cost estimate.
