    On the Government Information Portal, the Ministry of Construction has just responded to citizens about regulations on issuing construction practice certificates.

    Mr. N.D.T in Ho Chi Minh City asked, according to current regulations, is the title of construction technical officer eligible to register for the construction practice certificate exam in the field of supervising construction work? If not, which field will be tested?

    The Ministry of Construction answers this question as follows:

    According to the provisions of Article 83 of Decree No. 175/2024/ND-CP of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Construction Law on management of construction activities, the professional experience conditions to be granted a certificate of construction supervision practice do not have a construction technical title.

    The field of practicing certificate issuance and scope of operation are specified in Article 74 of Decree No. 175/2024/ND-CP.

    The conditions for professional experience to be granted a practicing certificate for each field are specified in Article 80, Article 81, Article 82, Article 83, Article 84, Article 85 of Decree No. 175/2024/ND-CP.
