On June 25, at the Cultural House of Dai Hanh village, Hoan Long commune, Hung Yen province, the Project Management Board organized the payment of compensation and support for site clearance to implement the Land Use Right Auction Project for people to build houses in 2 locations in Dai Hanh village.
The project to auction land use rights for people to build houses in Dai Hanh village is implemented on a total area of about 3.1ha, including 2 locations.
In which, location No. 1 has a site clearance area of 7,700m2, related to 51 households with agricultural land and a part of the area managed by the Commune People's Committee. Location No. 2 has an area of more than 23,200m2, related to 89 households and the land area managed by the Commune People's Committee.

At the payment session, the Project Management Board paid compensation and support to 140 households and individuals affected by the project, with a total amount of nearly 13 billion VND. The payment was carried out publicly, transparently, in accordance with regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
According to records, households all agreed and were excited to receive compensation and support money. This consensus shows the spirit of support of the people in site clearance work, contributing to creating conditions for the locality to soon complete the clean land fund and accelerate the project implementation progress.
After completion, the Land Use Right Auction Project in Dai Hanh village will contribute to effectively exploiting the land fund, meeting the residential land needs of the people, and at the same time creating resources for investment in infrastructure construction, promoting local socio-economic development.
