On November 26, according to the reporter's investigation, the Property Auction Service Center (Department of Justice of Cao Bang province) has just issued a notice on organizing an auction of land use rights for 10 urban land lots in Song Hien 9 residential group, Thuc Phan ward, Cao Bang province.
These 10 plots of land have a frontage adjacent to Vo Nguyen Giap Street - the most beautiful road in Cao Bang, 58m wide.
Specifically, these 10 plots of land belong to plot C2A, resettlement area 1 (formerly Song Hien ward). Each plot has an area of 108m2, urban land, long-term use and especially no assets existing on the land, creating favorable conditions for buyers in construction.
Notably, the starting price for each m2 of land is determined to be over 22 million VND. Thus, the starting price for a plot of land is 2.453 VND and the total starting value of all 10 plots of land is up to 24.531 billion VND.
According to the announcement, individuals participating in the auction must have sufficient civil act capacity, be subjects allocated land by the State and not be subject to the prohibited cases under the Law on Property Auction.
Each person has the right to participate in many lots, but each lot can only register one file. To participate, people must buy documents for 200,000 VND and pay a deposit of up to 490.622 million VND/plot (equivalent to 20% of the starting price) via bank transfer.
The time for purchasing, submitting documents and paying deposits takes place from 7:30 a.m. on November 26 to 5:00 p.m. on December 9 at the Property Auction Service Center (No. 029 Be Van Dan Street, Thuc Phan Ward). Interested people can see the actual land from December 1 to 3.
It is known that the official auction will take place at 2:00 p.m. on December 12 at the Hall on the 3rd floor of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee Office Guest House (Giao Te Guest House).
The auction is conducted by direct voting with a minimum of 5 mandatory auction rounds. The step for each bid is 3 million VND/m2.
