Through inspection, the People's Committee of the ward discovered that the construction violating land was an iron corrugated iron factory with an area of 324.8 m2 on agricultural land for rice cultivation at plot No. 320 on map sheet No. 03 in Vong Hai 1 residential group, Hung Dao ward, invested by Ms. Nguyen Thi Ph. Therefore, the People's Committee of the ward conducted enforcement, demolished the above-mentioned illegal construction, and returned the site to its original state. The enforcement process took place safely and in accordance with regulations.
Previously, on the land area of 38.4 m2 at plot No. 26, map sheet No. 43, list book No. 03 in group 13, Hung Dao ward (old), a number of individuals with assets of bricks, stone, iron corrugated iron and trees were being gathered. Therefore, the ward requires households to move all bricks, stones, iron corrugated iron and trees above out of the land area. However, relevant organizations and individuals did not comply. Therefore, the People's Committee of Hung Dao Ward proceeded to dismantle the iron corrugated iron fence violating land, build and return the site according to regulations. At the same time, the entire area of 38.4 m2 of public land (managed by the Ward People's Committee) was poured with concrete to serve the public purposes of Phuc Loc residential area.
