On May 18, the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center issued a document announcing the implementation of leasing 33 land plots in the area.
This plan aims to exploit public land funds, serving the needs of use for parking lots, warehouses, business service points or car care.
The lease term is determined from 24 months to 60 months depending on the location and planning of each land plot.
Conditions for participating in land lease for individuals are that they are 18 years old, have civil act capacity according to legal regulations and have permanent residence registration in Vietnam.
For organizations and units, a business registration certificate issued by a state agency is required. Participants are responsible for depositing at a rate of 10% of the total value of the land plot calculated at the starting price for the entire lease term.
The Center stipulates the form of dossier submission including a land lease application and documents confirming the deposit payment. The dossier is sealed and sent directly to the Land Auction and Price Department at 147 Phan Thanh Street, Thanh Khe Ward.
A unit or individual is allowed to submit dossiers for multiple land plots in the list, but each land plot is only allowed to submit 1 set of dossiers.
The time for issuing and receiving applications is divided into 3 phases in May. Phase 1 takes place from May 18-28. Phase 2 from May 19-29. Phase 3 from May 20-1.
