On November 25, the People's Committee of Da Nang City held a conference to summarize the "90-day campaign to enrich and clean up land databases", aiming to build a unified and modern land data system by 2028.
According to the report, before the campaign was implemented, the whole city only had 29/94, wards and special zones with complete land data sets (equivalent to 30%). The establishment of Steering Committee 515 and the participation of more than 5,053 mobile collection teams have created strong changes.
After 90 days, Da Nang City completed the authentication of 1.34 million land users. Of which, nearly 1.28 million cases were controlled and information matches reached a rate of 95.28%.
More than 1.3 million plots of land in the entire area have also been classified and standardized; 545,300 plots meet data standards, more than 1.13 million plots are synchronized to the national system, contributing to the completion of the digital land data platform.

Many localities have shown outstanding efforts, achieving a very high rate of document collection such as Quang Phu, Son Tra, Hai Chau (over 98%). Notably, some localities have far exceeded the initial registration target, typically Duy Nghia commune, reaching more than 200% of the plan, demonstrating a responsible and determined working spirit.
Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Phan Thai Binh praised the efforts of departments, branches and localities.
At the same time, it is recommended that units continue to maintain periodic updating and synchronizing data; Strengthen the quality control of records in each commune and ward, ensuring that each locality is responsible for information accuracy.
Da Nang City will continue to expand the connection of specialized data to better serve the management and needs of people and businesses in the coming time.
At the conference, 31 collectives and 18 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee for outstanding contributions to the implementation of the 515 Campaign.
In addition, 7 collectives were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang City to recognize their sense of responsibility and dedication throughout the campaign.
