The content of the article is a list of administrative procedures in the land sector in Hanoi applied from May 14, 2025.

Based on the publication together with Decision 736/QD-TTPVHCC on May 14, 2025, the list of 63 administrative procedures in the field of land under the state management function of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Hanoi, of which: 42 administrative procedures under the settlement authority of the City People's Committee; 20 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the district People's Committee; 1 administrative procedures for settlement of the People's Committee of the commune; 9 administrative procedures in the field of land applying the "green" mechanism under the jurisdiction of the City People's Committee (details in the attached appendix).

For example, some administrative procedures in the land sector under the authority of the Hanoi People's Committee according to the Appendix issued with Decision 736/QD-TTPVHCC dated May 14 include:

- Appraisal and approval of land use plans.

- Selling or contributing capital in assets attached to leased land of the State in the form of annual land lease.

- Registering land and assets attached to land in cases where households and individuals are using land for purposes other than those that have been allocated land, leased land, or recognized by the State before July 1, 2014.

- Registering land use purpose change without permission from a competent state agency.

- Resolve land disputes under the authority of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

- Using land for multiple purposes that the user is an organization.

- Adjust the land use term of investment projects for which the land user is a domestic organization, a affiliated religious organization, a person of Vietnamese origin residing abroad, a foreign-invested economic organization, or a foreign organization with diplomatic functions.

- Register changes in the case of adjusting detailed construction planning; issue Certificates for each plot of land according to detailed construction planning to project investors in need.

- Extension of land use when the land use term expires for those who request a land extension who are domestic organizations, religious organizations, affiliated religious organizations, people of Vietnamese origin residing abroad, economic organizations with foreign investment capital, foreign organizations with diplomatic functions.

- Revoking the issued Certificate not in accordance with the provisions of the land law if discovered by the land user or owner of the property attached to the land and reissued the Certificate after revocation.

- Register and issue Certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to receivers of land use rights and ownership of houses and construction works in real estate projects.

- Reissue the Certificate due to loss.

- Register and issue a Certificate for cases where land use rights were transferred before August 1, 2014 but the transferor has been granted a Certificate but has not yet completed the procedures for transferring rights according to regulations.

- Separate or merge plots of land.

- Eliminate debts for land use fees and registration fees.

- Register changes in cases where members of a household or individual are using land to establish a private enterprise and use the land for production and business activities of the enterprise.
