On December 7, according to PV's investigation, Trung Quan Private Auction Enterprise has just announced the organization of a land use rights auction for 15 residential land plots and commercial land plots of the Dai Lai Eco-tourism Project, Area B, Xuan Hoa Ward, Phu Tho Province.
The total land fund put up for auction is located in two areas BT-TP1 and BT-TP3, with an area of 3,787 m2.
The starting price is fixed from 15 to 18 million VND/m2, equivalent to a total value of about 58.4 billion VND; the deposit for each lot ranges from 750 million to more than 1 billion VND depending on the location and area.
According to regulations, participants must meet the conditions of the 2024 Land Law and the 2016 Property Auction Law. The auction documents are sold from November 25 to December 8, 2025 at the auction organizer; the deposit is paid by bank transfer during the same period.
The payment form must be sent by post before 5:00 p.m. on December 8, 2025. The auction was conducted by indirect voting, according to the method of bidding up, with a price step of 1,000 VND/m2.
People in need can directly view the property in the project area. The auction results will be announced at 8:00 a.m. on December 11 at the Hall of the Vinh Yen Ward Military Command.
This is considered a notable opportunity for investors interested in land funds in the eco-tourism area that has been famous for many years.
