On April 28, the People's Committee of Ha Dong District (Hanoi) issued a document directing departments, branches, and People's Committees of wards to step up supervision and management of land and environment during and after the April 30 and May 1 holidays, in which officers are assigned to be on duty regularly, promptly detect and thoroughly handle all violations.
With the serious implementation of the instructions of superiors, the wards have been close and proactive in implementing management work. According to a quick report from the wards, as of the afternoon of May 4, there were 13 cases of violations on agricultural land in Ha Dong district.
Because all violations were detected promptly, after being propagandized and mobilized, most households voluntarily dismantled the illegal construction.
According to the leader of the People's Committee of Yen Nghia Ward (Ha Dong District), on May 4, the ward's functional forces completed the handling of the violating project in lane 1022/76, group 4, Ao Voi area of Mr. N.D.T.
At the time of inspection (9:30 a.m. on March 3), the project had erected 10 iron columns 6m high, surrounded by corrugated iron walls, on an area of 181.5m2 of agricultural land, the roof frame was welded with iron beams.
Yen Nghia ward officials have drawn up a record of administrative violations and required the project owner to voluntarily dismantle it before 5:00 p.m. the same day.
On May 4, local officers continued to discover a case of red-handed violation against Mr. N.D.N at plot No. 13, map sheet No. 01, residential group 13, Yen Nghia ward when constructing an illegal construction on a total area of 252.49m2.
According to the plan, this project will be completely handled by Yen Nghia Ward People's Committee on May 5.
Similarly, as an area with many areas of agricultural land interspersed in residential areas, the functional forces of Phu Lam ward also increased inspection and supervision, not allowing land and construction order violations to arise.
According to the People's Committee of Phu Lam Ward, there is an agricultural land location in residential group 2 in the ward with signs of violation.
The forces detected and prevented in time. After the mobilization, the project owner voluntarily dismantled it on May 2.
In particular, by the end of the afternoon of May 4, Phu Luong ward had discovered 5 violations. All works were built with iron frames and were dismantled immediately.
Preliminary assessment during the April 30 and May 1 holidays, leaders of Ha Dong district said that land management and construction order have been clearly assigned to localities for people, work, and responsibilities, so many violations have been limited. In particular, many violations have been prevented from the beginning, showing that state management work has been seriously implemented.
