On November 15, in Long Hung ward, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc said that the event of announcing information on the operational situation of Novaland Group and the plan to complete the Aqua City Riverside Eco-City is a typical project for the model of the government - businesses accompanying to remove legal obstacles, creating new momentum for the real estate market and local socio-economic development.
According to Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc, Dong Nai is a province with a strategic position in the key economic region of the South, playing the role of a gateway connecting large industrial, service and urban centers. In recent years, Dong Nai has always maintained a dynamic growth rate, being one of the leading growth poles in the country.
After merging administrative units and expanding development space, Dong Nai entered a new stage of development with a vision of extensive integration and comprehensive economic and social breakthrough. Dong Nai aims to become a center for industry, services, logistics, modern tourism and high-tech agriculture, sustainable development.
On that basis, the province identified the private economy as one of the driving forces to promote growth, contributing significantly to the implementation of development goals according to Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW. The province always deeply grasps the policy of "Listening - Resolving - Acting - Effectively", accompanying businesses, creating a transparent, safe and sustainable investment environment, together with the community, creating prosperity and long-term development.
The Aqua City project is one of the projects that clearly demonstrates the spirit of cooperation between the State - businesses - people. Removing legal issues and restarting projects not only helps businesses recover operations but also creates momentum for the development of infrastructure, urban areas, services and tourism in the province.
To date, more than 1,000 products have been handed over. It is expected that the entire Aqua City urban area will be completed in 2026. The project will continue to hand over about 9,200 products in 2026-2027.
