On August 3, news from the Hai Phong Department of Construction said that the investor of the Social Housing construction project (phase 1) in Trang Cat ward, Hai An district (now Hai An ward, in Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong city) has sent a document to the department to publicly announce the social housing project according to regulations.
Accordingly, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company is the Investor of the Social Housing Construction Project (phase 1) in Trang Cat ward, Hai An district, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong city according to the Decision approving the digital investment policy issued by the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board for the first time in June 2023.
Accordingly, the investor has started the project. Based on the provisions of law, to ensure that people know and prepare documents to register to buy social housing in the Project, the investor reports to the competent authority the following specific information:
Project name: Social Housing construction project (phase 1) in Trang Cat ward, Hai An district, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong city.
Project construction location: Trang Cat ward, Hai An district, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong city. The address changed from July 1, 2025 according to the new administrative boundary is Hai An ward in Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong city.
The project is implemented on an area of 327,965 m2 of the Project planning area; Social housing land under the Project is 109,978.5 m2.
Project implementation progress: The investor will implement investment in the construction of project items and put the project into operation for 5 years from the date the investor is allocated land to implement the project.
The number of social housing units under the Project is 3804 apartments, of which 79.9% of social housing units are for sale (3.026 units), 20.1% of social housing units are for rent (778 units).
In which, the apartments have a waterproof area from 28.8 m2 to 70 m2.
According to the investor, the estimated selling price is an average of VND 23,509,175/m2 of aquatic products including VAT and excluding maintenance costs; Maximum selling price is VND 31,994,406/m2 of aquatic products; Minimum selling price is VND 20,018,450/m2 of aquatic products.
The time to start and end receiving applications for social housing purchase is expected to be from August 1, 2025 to September 15, 2025.
