On June 9, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province directed departments, localities and specialized agencies to focus on resolving difficulties and problems in 2 projects: Hung Vuong II Residential Area, phase 2A in Phan Thiet city and the Technical Infrastructure project of Cooperative 3 - Ham Liem residential area, Ham Thuan Bac district. These are projects that have been taking a long time to complete.
For the Hung Vuong II Residential Area project, phase 2A, the People's Committee of Phan Thiet city reviewed and classified each specific case to resolve the problems and problems related to compensation and site clearance for the project. The given time is before June 30, 2025 to provide documents for the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to implement the next steps to complete compensation and site clearance for the project.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment must direct the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to review each case of difficulty to invite households to organize compensation, support and mobilize, persuade the handover of the site. In case the households do not cooperate, they must consolidate all documents and procedures and coordinate with the locality to organize enforcement in accordance with the law.
At the same time, complete the completed packages for project acceptance, carry out procedures for payment and settlement of completed projects and hand them over for use in 2025.
Requesting these procedures and handing them over for use in 2025 is also assigned to the Technical Infrastructure project of the Residential Area of Cooperative 3 - Ham Liem, Ham Thuan Bac district.
