On March 15, Flamingo Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Majestic Island Resort project at Nui Coc Lake.
Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Nguyen Hai Trung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Council Pham Hoang Son, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huy Dung.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huy Dung affirmed that the groundbreaking ceremony of the project is a meaningful event, marking a new step forward in the province's tourism development strategy, aiming to turn Nui Coc lake into an international-class resort and eco-tourism area.
"Nui Coc Lake is a symbol of the harmonious combination of people and nature. The locality expects the Majestic Island Resort project to contribute to promoting rapid and sustainable economic and social development," emphasized the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province.
The project is located on an isolated archipelago in the middle of Nui Coc lake. Behind is the Tam Dao mountain range, in front is the water surface of Nui Coc lake.
The total planned area of the project in the first phase is up to 61 hectares, including the water surface.
majestic Island Resort includes limited number of presidential villas, detached bungalows and a personalized utility system according to 6-star standards. The architectural space combines modern style and harmony with nature. This is the first 6-star resort in the North. The project not only brings a luxurious space but also opens up a classy living experience with the Luxury Retreat model.
The Majestic Island Resort project is expected to contribute to raising tourism standards, making Thai Nguyen a leading resort destination. At the same time, promote the development of local economy, society, and services.
Nui Coc Lake, located in Thai Nguyen Province, has a water surface area of about 25 km2 and is surrounded by a large mountain system. The lake has more than 89 large and small islands, including green islands, animal farming islands and islands associated with the legend of love between the Confucian couple and the Coc brothers.
