Banning many routes to serve the 2025 Dien Bien Flower Festival

Dien Bien - The Provincial Police announced the ban on many routes for 3 days, March 13-15, to serve activities within the framework of the 2025 Ban Flower Festival.

On March 13, a general inspection of street cultural parades was held, banning all vehicles (except priority vehicles and vehicles with organizers' badges) from the following routes: Vo Nguyen Giap section from the intersection with Be Van Dan street to the intersection with Tran Dang Ninh, Phan Dinh Giot, Tran Can streets, and the area in front of the Provincial Conference - Culture Center.

From 7:00 p.m. until the end of the general inspection, the following routes will be banned: Vo Nguyen Giap Street from the intersection with Be Van Dan Street to the intersection with Truong Chinh, Phan Dinh Giot, Tran Can Streets and the area in front of the Provincial Conference - Cultural Center.

Vehicles move from Ban Phu to Lai Chau and vice versa according to the route: Vo Nguyen Giap Street - Vo Nguyen Giap intersection intersects with Pham Van Dong - Pham Van Dong - Nguyen Huu Tho - Hoang Anh - Lai Chau.

Vehicles move from Ban Phu to Hanoi and vice versa according to the route: Vo Nguyen Giap Street - Vo Nguyen Giap intersection intersects with Pham Van Dong - Hoang Van Thai - Ton Duc Thang - Le Thai To - Hoang Cong Chat - Hanoi.

On March 14, the 2025 Ban Flower Festival opened, banking roads from 6pm until the end of the program, on the following routes: The entire Truong Chinh Street (new road), Nguyen Phu Xuyen Khuong, Phan Dinh Giot, Tran Can, Hoang Cong Chat, and sections from Vo Nguyen Giap intersection to Hoang Van Thai, Nguyen Ba Lac.

Vehicles from Ban Phu to Hanoi move along the Vo Nguyen Giap route. Vehicles from Hanoi to Lai Chau and vice versa follow the Vo Nguyen Giap route - Vo Nguyen Giap intersection with Tran Dang Ninh - Nguyen Huu Tho - Hoang Anh road.

On March 15, a street cultural parade was held, banning the streets from 6pm until the end of the program, on the following routes: Vo Nguyen Giap Street from the intersection with Be Van Dan Street to the intersection with Truong Chinh, Phan Dinh Giot, Tran Can Streets and the area in front of the Provincial Conference - Culture Center.

Vehicles traveling from Ban Phu to Lai Chau and vice versa follow the route: Vo Nguyen Giap Street - Vo Nguyen Giap intersection with Pham Van Dong - Nguyen Huu Tho - Hoang Anh - Lai Chau road.

Vehicles from Lai Chau to Hanoi and vice versa: Hoang Anh - Pham Van Dong - Hoang Van Thai - Ton Duc Thang - Le Thai To - Hoang Cong Chat - Hanoi.

Vehicles serving delegates and guests will be parked in areas such as: stand A, yard of Hanoi - Dien Bien Phu Primary School, yard of A1 Martyrs' Cemetery, schoolyards along Vo Nguyen Giap, Ton Duc Thang, Hoang Van Thai streets.
