CN2 Industrial Cluster has an area of over 50 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 1,000 billion VND, invested by ASG Industrial Park Infrastructure and Development Company Limited. The project is implemented in Mai Dinh commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi city.
CN2 Industrial Cluster was established under Decision No. 2794/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2020 of the Hanoi People's Committee and allocated land under Decision No. 2762/QD-UBND dated June 2, 2025. The project has a total area of about 505,950m2 (equivalent to 50.59ha), of which the technical infrastructure construction area is 469,920m2.
The project is oriented to become a model industrial production area, prioritizing industries using modern, environmentally friendly technology such as: aviation production and services, logistics, supporting industries for Noi Bai International Airport; mechanical assembly, electrical - electronics...
According to Mr. Vo Nguyen Phong - Director of Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, when put into operation, CN2 Industrial Cluster will contribute to promoting the development of industry and services in the district; at the same time, solve the need to rent production premises for businesses and craft villages and reduce environmental pollution.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vo Nguyen Phong suggested that the departments and offices of the Department closely coordinate with Soc Son district to create the most favorable conditions for investors to implement the project. At the same time, he also requested the investor to focus on human resources and equipment to speed up the construction progress, ensuring the project is completed on schedule.
