In Thanh Hoa, the minimum area for land division is regulated by the new Decision 56 issued by the Provincial People's Committee on September 9, 2024. Accordingly, for urban land, the area of ​​the land to be divided must ensure that the remaining land and the land plots formed after the division have an area of ​​40m2 and a minimum side size of 3m. In Hai Thanh ward, Nghi Son town, the minimum area after division is 30m2, with a side size of 3m.

For rural residential land, the area of ​​the divided land plot must ensure that the remaining land plot and the land plots formed after the division have an area of ​​50m2 and a minimum side size of 4m. Particularly in Nghi Son commune of Nghi Son town, Ngu Loc commune of Hau Loc district, Quang Nham commune of Quang Xuong district, the minimum area after division is 30m2, side size of 3m...

In Bac Giang, the Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 24/2024 detailing the limits of residential land allocation, limits of residential land recognition; minimum area and conditions for land plot separation and consolidation; limits of agricultural land allocation; limits of unused land allocation to individuals for use; limits of agricultural land transfer acceptance; criteria and conditions for changing the purpose of use of rice-growing land, protective forest land, special-use forest land, production forest land to other purposes; other types of documents of land users before October 15, 1993 applicable in the province.

Accordingly, if you want to separate a residential land plot, the minimum area must be 32 square meters (in cases specified in Point a, Point b, Clause 1, Article 3 of this Regulation) and 50 square meters (in cases specified in Point c, Clause 1, Article 3 of this Regulation).

In Binh Dinh, according to new regulations, urban residential land after being divided must have a minimum area of ​​40m2, with a minimum width (frontage) and length (depth) of 3m; Rural residential land after being divided must have a minimum area of ​​50m2, with a minimum width (frontage) and length (depth) of 4m.

For non-agricultural land, the minimum area for subdivision of non-agricultural land that is not residential land (not part of investment projects assigned or leased by the State) is 100m2, with width (frontage) and length from 5m or more.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee also stipulates the minimum area and size after the subdivision of agricultural land such as: Land for annual crops, salt-making land is 500m2, with width and length from 5m or more; Land for perennial crops, aquaculture land is 1,000m2, with width and length from 10m or more; Production forest land is 5,000m2, with width and length from 50m or more. For other agricultural land, people who are using land with land origin not belonging to investment projects assigned or leased by the State are 500m2, with width and length from 5m or more...

The People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has just issued Decision No. 24/2024/QD-UBND regulating the conditions for land division, land consolidation and the minimum area allowed for land division for each type of land in the area.

This new decision takes effect from September 16 and replaces Decision No. 44 dated September 19, 2023 of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. Previous transactions under Decision No. 44 that were received in accordance with regulations, or notarized, certified; recognized by law... before September 16 will continue to be implemented.

According to Decision 24, land division and consolidation must ensure the principles and conditions prescribed in Clauses 1, 2, 3, Article 200 of the 2024 Land Law.

The Decision also clearly states that the minimum land area after subdivision for residential land is 80 square meters, with a side not less than 5 meters (in Con Dao it is 60 square meters) and in contact with or having a path connecting to a traffic road managed by the State.
