The adjustment decision clearly states that Nghia Phong Industrial Cluster (CCN) is being implemented in Hong Phong commune, Ninh Binh province. The adjustment content focuses on re-determining the implementation location, phasing the progress of investment in technical infrastructure construction and supplementing and completing the industry structure to attract investment.
The Nghia Phong Industrial Cluster technical infrastructure construction investment project is divided into two phases: Phase I with a scale of about 39.95ha, implemented from the fourth quarter of 2025 to the end of the fourth quarter of 2027 and phase II with an area of about 34.97ha, implemented from the second quarter of 2026 and completed in the fourth quarter of 2028.
The phasing of investment is to be consistent with the site clearance progress, and at the same time ensure the synchronous deployment of the essential technical infrastructure system of the industrial cluster in accordance with the approved plan.
According to the adjusted content, Nghia Phong IC will prioritize attracting high-tech processing and manufacturing industries such as: precision mechanics, manufacturing electronic components, computers, auto parts and automation equipment...
Investment projects in ICs must use advanced and modern technology, save resources and ensure environmental protection requirements. At the same time, ICs also play a role in receiving small-scale handicraft establishments that need to be preserved or relocated due to the risk of environmental pollution in the locality.
In addition, industrial production support service activities such as warehouses, logistics, and freight transportation are arranged according to the plan with an area ratio not exceeding 10% of the total industrial cluster area according to current regulations.
According to the establishment decision, Nghia Phong IC has an area of about 74.92ha; total investment capital of more than 1,000 billion VND.
