According to the plan, the project is implemented in Doai Thinh residential group, Tran Phu ward with a total planned area of 59,825.6 m2; total construction area of 17,876 m2. The project includes 5 social housing buildings of 15 floors and 1 commercial building of 15 floors, meeting the expected population size of about 6,010 people.
The project will build synchronously in terms of architecture, technical infrastructure and social infrastructure, contributing to solving housing needs for people, creating a civilized and convenient living environment, in accordance with the general planning and urban development orientation of Ha Tinh province.
At the conference, representatives of the investor and the planning consulting unit presented in detail the planning content, investment items, orientation for architectural space development, technical solutions, infrastructure, and committed to implementing the project on schedule, in accordance with the plan, and in compliance with the provisions of law.
The delegates attending also exchanged, discussed, and contributed opinions to unify the implementation process, ensuring the project is implemented effectively, sustainably, and in accordance with the urban development orientation and the interests of the residential community.
In Ha Tinh, there is currently only one social housing project put into operation. That is the social housing project in Thach Linh ward (now Thanh Sen ward) phase 1 with 480 apartments belonging to 3 11-story buildings.
On August 19, 2025, the investor, Ha Tinh Development Investment Fund, organized the groundbreaking ceremony of phase 2 of the project with the construction of a project with a total floor area of more than 46,200 m2 with a total investment capital of 550 billion VND.
The project includes 3 12-story buildings with more than 500 apartments; 41 3-story commercial housing units with transportation, greenery, sports playgrounds, parking lots and other technical infrastructure according to the plan.
