The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has just sent an official dispatch to the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities on publicizing information on violations/remedies of violations of land law and documents regulating procedures and administrative procedures on land on the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment according to the provisions of Decree No. 49/2026/ND-CP.
The official dispatch clearly states that on January 31, 2026, the Government issued Decree No. 49/2026/ND-CP detailing and guiding a number of articles of Resolution No. 254/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly stipulating a number of mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in organizing the implementation of the Land Law, effective from January 31, 2026.
In which, according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 13 and Clause 2, Article 15 of Decree No. 49/2026/ND-CP stipulating that Provincial People's Committees publicly post information on violations/remedies of violations of land law and documents regulating procedures and administrative procedures on land on the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
Currently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment is directing relevant agencies to complete the Ministry's Electronic Information Portal to ensure that provincial-level People's Committees publicly post this information.
While waiting for the completion of the Ministry's Electronic Information Portal, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment requests the Your Committee to continue to direct the implementation of the task of issuing documents regulating the order and administrative procedures on land and at the same time send documents regulating the order and administrative procedures on land, lists, contents of information on violations and remedy of violations of land law to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (through the Ministry Office) to be posted on the Ministry's Electronic Information Portal.
