On April 8, Binh Duong Ward People's Committee held a meeting to listen to a report on the results of reviewing dossiers to prepare for land recovery coercion to implement important traffic projects through the ward.
To ensure the construction progress of the projects, the Chairman of Binh Duong Ward People's Committee directly directed departments and agencies of the ward to coordinate with the investor and the Tan Uyen Ward Construction Investment Project Management Board, and working groups to go to each household to propagate, mobilize, and clearly explain the State's guidelines and policies.
Through this, people's awareness has changed positively, creating high consensus in the implementation process. As a result, the majority of households have complied and agreed to receive compensation, support, resettlement plans and hand over land according to regulations.

Currently, in Binh Duong ward, there are 1 case belonging to component project 1 for site clearance of the HCMC - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway and 4 cases belonging to component project 1 for site clearance of Ring Road 4 HCMC section passing through Binh Duong ward.
All 5 cases did not agree to receive compensation according to regulations. Therefore, functional agencies are forced to take coercive measures in accordance with the law, in order to ensure strictness, maintain discipline and ensure the overall progress of key projects in Ho Chi Minh City.
Binh Duong Ward People's Committee said that through review, initially basically ensuring the legal conditions according to regulations to organize coercion in April 2026 to ensure the correct order and legal procedures.
Currently, Binh Duong ward is implementing preparatory steps for coercion work. At the same time, continue to promote propaganda and mobilization with many flexible and "flexible" solutions, in order to create high consensus among the people before applying administrative measures according to regulations.
It is known that both of the above projects are in communes and wards in the North of Ho Chi Minh City and have both started construction. Site clearance work is being accelerated by localities. Many communes and wards have soon completed site clearance. However, in some places, people have not agreed with the compensation price, so they have not handed over the site.
