On April 23, Dong Hoa Ward People's Committee coordinated with units to organize a people's meeting to deploy the land recovery plan to implement the road project connecting National Highway 1K to road No. 2 of Dapark Industrial Park.
According to Dong Hoa Ward People's Committee, the road project connecting National Highway 1K to road No. 2 of Dapark Industrial Park is 370m long. According to the design, the road surface is 15m wide, and the sidewalk is 5m on each side.
To implement the project, the locality needs to recover land with an area of nearly 7,000 m2. The project will affect 61 cases, including 60 households and 1 organization.

The Ward People's Committee is continuing to record people's recommendations to implement the land recovery plan, survey, measurement, and inventory to serve the project. The Ward People's Committee hopes that people will coordinate to provide documents and create conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule in the 2026 - 2028 period.
Previously, Dong Hoa Ward People's Committee held a people's meeting to deploy a land recovery plan to implement the project to upgrade and expand road D11 in Noi Hoa 1 neighborhood, Dong Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City. To implement this project, land needs to be recovered with an area of nearly 5,000 m2.
The project to upgrade and expand road D11 affects 43 households. The Ward People's Committee and Di An District Land Fund Development Center Branch have provided information on the legal basis, order, and procedures for land recovery according to the provisions of law to households. At the same time, disseminate the plan for investigation, survey, measurement, and inventory to serve compensation and site clearance work.

Dong Hoa Ward People's Committee said that the implementation of the above 2 projects will contribute to completing transport infrastructure, increasing regional connectivity, contributing to socio-economic development and urban embellishment of the locality.
