Many initiatives and improvements
On March 26, Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh (born in 1992, residing in Cam Thach commune, Cam Xuyen district, Ha Tinh province) shared that he graduated with a major in Electrical Engineering from Da Nang University of Science and Technology in 2015. After a few years of working in Da Nang, in 2018 he returned to his hometown and applied to work at Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company. In the first few years, he worked in the packaging team of the Dong Duoc factory in Cam Vinh commune (Cam Xuyen district, now Ha Tinh city).
Since 2020, he has been transferred to the Mechanical Engineering Department with his main job being maintenance, repair, and repair of machinery and drug production lines. Working in this department, with the right training expertise, Mr. Tinh has promoted his abilities and strengths.
During my work, I realized that there were some jobs that were still done by hand, taking a lot of time and labor, so I researched, initiated, and improved some machines to increase labor productivity, making it less difficult for me and my colleagues to work - Mr. Tinh shared.
Mr. Tinh said that in 2020, he repaired the company's broken grinding press, helping it operate again. In 2021, he initiated the initiative to develop a can overturner and Orebrit can villas drying. In 2023, he re-pscreened the cataract label, the packaging machine, and renovated the stickypron bag closing machine. Also in this year, he developed a mobile excavator.
Most recently, in 2024, seeing that the process of placing medicine in the medicine bags of white flower wood products requires 7 people to do it manually, taking a lot of time, Mr. Tinh and a few brothers in the mechanical engineering department researched a medicine bagging machine.
When using this machine, just 1 person needs to load the medicine and 1 person puts the medicine in the truck so that the machine can do the remaining work to complete the bagging of medicine. This initiative saves labor and increases productivity, and is recognized and highly appreciated by the Company when it causes an average of 100 million VND in profit per year for the Company.
An example of exploration and creativity
With many efforts, creativity, and contributions to the Company, from 2020 to now, Mr. Tinh has been continuously ranked as a grassroots emulation fighter every year, and has been commended and honored by the Company. In 2024, Mr. Tinh was awarded a certificate of merit by the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province for his outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement.
"Currently, the factory's machinery and drug production lines are operating well, stably, and at high productivity. In the coming time, during the operation of the line, if I discover what can be improved to increase productivity further, I will explore and research to have initiatives and further improvements, Mr. Tinh shared.
On March 26, Mr. Truong Hong Tien - Director of the mechanical engineering department of Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company - commented that Mr. Tinh is a young, capable, enthusiastic engineer, always diligent in researching, researching, and creating. During his work, he has had many initiatives and technical improvements to help reduce manual labor, increase productivity, and bring many benefits to the Company.
