On the afternoon of May 24, at the Hall of Thanh Trach Commune People's Committee (Bo Trach District), the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) held a conference to disseminate laws on traffic safety, insurance policies and health care for female workers.
The conference attracted the participation of more than 150 cadres and female workers from enterprises under the Bo Trach District Labor Federation. The delegates were disseminated many practical contents such as the Law on Traffic Safety, policies on Social Insurance, Health Insurance, as well as professional knowledge related to reproductive health care for female workers.
At the program, Captain Tran Tuan Viet (Traffic Police Department of Quang Binh Provincial Police) provided information, practical situations on traffic safety and common violations in the working environment.
Mr. Dinh Thai Quang - Head of the Communications Department, Provincial Social Insurance shared the new regulations on regimes and benefits related to social insurance and health insurance, emphasizing policies on maternity, retirement, and occupational diseases.
In particular, Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Ha (Provincial Center for Disease Control) provided detailed instructions on reproductive health care, nutrition and disease prevention methods in the industrial environment for female workers.
This is a practical activity in response to Workers' Month and Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene in 2025, contributing to raising legal awareness, caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate rights of female union members and workers in the area.
