Raising awareness and accident prevention skills

Responding to the launching ceremony, Mr. Vu Quoc Tu, a worker at the Roofing Enterprise, Dong Anh Construction Investment and Construction Materials Joint Stock Company - DOMATCO, said that workers at the unit working in an environment with many potential dangers due to noise, dust, large machinery, high temperatures, heavy materials, etc.
"If risks are not identified and timely precautions are taken, the consequences may be very serious. Therefore, we always identify safe working as a right, a responsibility and also a protection for ourselves, our family and our colleagues around us - Mr. Vu Quoc Tu shared.
Responding to the Month of Action on Labor Safety and Hygiene in 2025, Mr. Vu Quoc Tu, on behalf of the staff and workers of the unit, pledged to strictly comply with regulations and procedures on labor safety and hygiene in each stage of work; absolutely do not be reckless, do not be subjective, consider safety as a top requirement when working;
Proactively observe, detect and promptly report risks and risks that may occur during the production process; do not cover up or ignore signs even the smallest that can lead to accidents; actively participate in training sessions on labor safety organized by the company and the trade union to raise awareness and skills in accident prevention;

Organizing activities to honor outstanding union members and workers
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor assessed that over the years, the Vietnam Construction Trade Union and its affiliated trade unions at all levels have had many practical and effective models towards union members and workers during the Workers' Month and the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene.
The organization of the Launching Ceremony by the Vietnam Construction Trade Union has demonstrated the seriousness and responsibility in implementing according to the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung commented.

Trade unions at all levels, especially grassroots trade unions, need to grasp the ideological situation, wages, life and employment of union members and workers; encourage union members and workers to self-study, improve professional skills, and be aware of organizing discipline to contribute to building a team of union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the industry to be increasingly strong.
The Vietnam Construction Trade Union and its affiliated trade unions at all levels need to focus resources and innovate activities to care for union members and workers in the direction of developing programs throughout the system associated with the social security and welfare policies of the Trade Union to directly and appropriately serve the target audience.
Promote the union member welfare program to concretize the implementation of material benefits, spiritual benefits, and political benefits that the union organization brings to union members and workers, especially issues of employment, overtime, toxic allowances, the working environment to ensure occupational safety and hygiene, and prevention of occupational diseases.
