On November 9, the Trade Union of Unisoll Vina Company Limited held its 3rd Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress has 120 delegates representing more than 6,272 union members attending.
In the period of 2023-2025, the Trade Union of Unisoll Vina Company Limited has successfully completed the Resolution's targets, performed well the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the rights of workers; negotiated and signed Collective Labor Agreements with more favorable terms than prescribed.
The union spent more than 2 billion VND to visit, provide grants for difficulties, build 4 "Union Shelters"; maintain "Union Meals" to help ensure quality meals; pay attention to female workers, develop 1,911 new union members, introduce 3 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration and admission.
To effectively implement the general goal, for the 2025-2030 term, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union set a target of admitting over 95% of union members, introducing 5 outstanding union members to the Party, maintaining the title of strong and excellent grassroots union, negotiating more favorable labor agreements and mobilizing 90% of workers to improve their skills and vocational skills, accessing digital technology.
The Congress elected 11 members of the Executive Committee (EC) for the third term, 2025-2030. In the first meeting, Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuoc was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the company's Trade Union.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi - Permanent Vice President of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged and praised the outstanding results of the Unisoll Vina Company Limited Trade Union in the past term.
Some typical activities such as "Union Meal"; coordinate with essential sales partners at preferential prices; organize conferences: promote health care, train population; coordinate with professional sectors to support learning and driving license testing that need to continue, promote and maintain.
Ms. Chi suggested that the Executive Committee of the new term: In the work of propaganda and education, it is necessary to pay attention to grasping the thoughts and aspirations of union members and employees, promoting the application of information technology, digital transformation in communication work for union activities in parallel with communication and promotion of the company;... promoting the emulation movement "Good and creative workers" and successfully completing the Resolution for the 2025-2030 term.
"The Executive Board actively coordinates with the Company's Board of Directors towards a common goal: building a company with sustainable development, making each union member truly feel "coming to the Union is coming with sharing, being cared for and protected", Ms. Chi emphasized this content.
