Guidelines for job positions on legal work
Circular 02/2025/TT-BTP guiding job positions on legal work in agencies, administrative organizations and public service units issued by the Minister of Justice, effective from May 15, 2025.
In particular, Article 4 of this Circular stipulates the list of job positions, job specifications and a level framework to determine capacity requirements for job positions in legal work.
Professional title of professional civil servant specializing in the field of employment
Circular 04/2025/TT-BLDTBXH stipulates codes and standards for professional titles; standards and conditions for considering promotion of professional civil servants in the field of employment issued by the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, effective from May 1, 2025.
In which, the code and classification of professional titles of professional officials specializing in the field of employment are stipulated.
Specifically, the professional title of a professional civil servant specializing in the field of employment includes:
(1) Grade II Employment Service Consultant: Code: V.09.01.01
(2) Grade III Employment Service Consultant: Code: V.09.01.02
(3) Employment service consultant grade IV: Code: V.09.01.03
In addition, the circular also stipulates general standards on professional ethics for professional civil servants specializing in the field of employment
Issue the Regulations on recruitment, promotion, and consideration of civil servants and public employees' promotions
From May 1, 2025, Circular 001/2025/TT-BNV on the Internal Regulations and Regulations on recruitment, promotion, and consideration of promotion of civil servants and public employees issued by the Minister of Home Affairs will take effect.
In which, there are issued Internal Regulations on recruitment, promotion, and consideration of promotion of civil servants and public employees, and regulations for candidates such as:
Must be present at the exam room at the correct time. Candidates taking the exam late after the start of calculating the exam time, exam part, and exam subject will be allowed to take the exam in the following cases:
- No more than 5 minutes for exams with a maximum exam duration of 30 minutes or no more than 10 minutes for exams with a maximum exam duration of 60 minutes or more;
- There is a force majeure event or an objective obstacle in accordance with the law, making it impossible for candidates to be on time or within the time prescribed at Point a of this Clause. The Head of the Examination Committee, the Head of the Interview Department, the Head of the Examination Committee reported to the Chairman of the Council for consideration and decision that the candidate was allowed to take the exam in specific cases.
