According to Mr. Hanh, through the training course, he also gained more knowledge, skills, and methods to perform tasks in trade union work, contributing to the effective implementation of the role and function of the trade union organization at his unit in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Chairman of Ben Tre Provincial Federation of Labor - said that in recent times, communication work on trade unions in the area has had positive changes, the content and form have been innovated and effective. Through outstanding events of Ben Tre Provincial Federation of Labor such as: Tet Sum Vay Program, Workers' Month, Vietnam Trade Union Founding Day and other outstanding events in the direction of innovation, depth, creating clear highlights.
Maintaining coordination with press agencies also spreads to the entire union system and the whole society, contributing to bringing the voice of the union closer to union members and workers. From there, attracting more workers to trust and join the union.
Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh said that the Ben Tre Provincial Federation of Labor has provided training on communication and trade union work for union officials. Thereby, equipping them with some basic skills and techniques in writing news, posting on electronic news sites, websites, social networks; taking photos, filming... on mobile devices with internet connection. At the same time, equipping them with knowledge and skills to propagate to union members and workers.
In addition, the Ben Tre Provincial Federation of Labor also assigned specialized staff to provide information and connect with press agencies to bring trade union activities and the movement of workers and civil servants in Ben Tre province quickly, promptly and accurately.
