200 students were honored at the Conference as the most outstanding examples in studying and training, selected from 373 outstanding students awarded by the Vietnam Banking Trade Union for the period 2022-2025. Of which, 17 students won international awards sent by the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to attend and receive Certificates of Merit.
According to Ms. Nguyen Khanh Chi - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union, the Conference to honor outstanding students who are children of cadres, union members, and workers in the banking industry is an activity held every 3 years, demonstrating the Banking industry's interest in child care and education and especially recognizing and honoring the outstanding achievements of cadres, union members, and workers in the entire industry.

Looking back on the journey of more than a decade with 5 congresses, students in the industry have still maintained a long history of proud achievements. That success demonstrates the persistent efforts of each individual, and is also the result of the dedicated support of families, schools and trade unions at all levels. This is a clear demonstration of the maturity of the young generation of the banking industry, the crystallization of a long-term journey of cultivation, full of passion and responsibility...
This year's conference not only stopped at honoring outstanding students but also had a series of meaningful and practical activities for them. In particular, the Vietnam Banking Trade Union organized a visit to the National Assembly Building for students. The trip not only gives children the opportunity to admire modern architectural works with strong historical imprints, the place where the headquarters of the highest State power agency is located, but also helps them learn more deeply about the legislative process, the role of National Assembly deputies and important decisions that are contributing to shaping the future of the country. This is truly a valuable experience, contributing to fostering political and social awareness, nurturing patriotism and a sense of civic responsibility for you, the future owners of the country.
In particular, there is a seminar: "Smart and responsible digital citizens" - where students are equipped with more knowledge and skills to master technology and identify potential risks in the online environment. Speaking at the conference, Mr. Dao Minh Tu - Permanent Deputy Governor of the State Bank, Chairman of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union - said that over the years, deeply recognizing the role and significance of education and training, considered the top national policy and key driving force for national development, the Party Committee and the State Bank's Board of Directors have always paid special attention to the work of caring for families and children in the banking sector. To realize that great mission, it requires us to continue to unite, promote the tradition of learning enthusiasm of the nation, encourage and create all favorable conditions for each student, student, each family, each agency and unit to participate in studying to improve people's knowledge, train human resources, and nurture talents for the country.
The Standing Deputy Governor of the State Bank, Chairman of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union, requested Party committees, professionals, and trade unions at all levels to continue to pay more attention and care for the education career, creating better and more complete conditions for children's learning, training, and striving.
