Practical from rural to urban
Very practical and above all wonderful are the feelings of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Dieu, KCS department, Ty Thac Company Limited (Thap Muoi commune, Dong Thap province) shared at the Club launching ceremony organized by the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor in mid-October 2025.
Like many pregnant women working in rural areas, far from the center, Ms. Dieu has few conditions to have in-depth examinations as well as receive timely advice. Therefore, when she learned that the Club had the function of coordinating with reputable specialized units, organizing consultations, pregnancy check-ups, communicating on breastfeeding... Ms. Dieu voluntarily registered to participate.
In addition to gifts donated by the Trade Union organization from many financial sources, there is also the trust to receive scientific knowledge to apply fertility and good child care.
Ms. Pham Thi My Duyen, from the support department, also welcomed the Club with no less joy: "When I learned that the Club had activities to invite experts to provide scientific child-rearing guidance, build family happiness, propagate legal policies on gender...
I felt like I had more teachers and friends to share and provide practical guidance".These are 2 of over 3,000 female employees of Ty Thac Company Limited, happily welcoming the Club.
Not only bringing joy to workers in rural areas, in the journey to attend the club's debut and activities, we encountered many joys in urban areas.
Ms. Le Ngoc Phu Nga - President of Freeview Vietnam Co., Ltd. Club (Tan Huong Industrial Park) shared: "Each age has changes in health, so female workers are always worried about the fetus... Therefore, when establishing the Club, we immediately established a Zalo Group and based on the needs of the majority of members, proposed the most practical living model".
Stretching water, housework
The above are 2 out of 5 clubs deployed by the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor in October 2025. This is not only a practical activity to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day... but also aims to innovate the content and methods of Women's Union activities to increase care for female workers.
Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui - President of the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor - shared: We hope to aim to build an environment so that women have the opportunity to share experiences and receive information from authorities and professional agencies to perform well the civil service as mothers, wives... creating conditions for women to improve their understanding, thereby complying with the Party's policies and the State's laws...".
According to Ms. Vui, after drawing experience, the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor will widely deploy the Club. This not only expands the area of care for female workers, but also contributes to increasing the position of the Vietnam Trade Union in the eyes of business leaders, especially foreign enterprises.
Present at the Club's launching ceremony, Mr. Charley - Deputy General Director of Freeview Vietnam Co., Ltd. - said: "We always identify employees as the most valuable asset of the business. When we saw the Vietnam Trade Union organization implementing the Club with many practical contents of concern and care for female workers, especially female workers during pregnancy and raising young children, we were very happy and committed to accompanying the Trade Union organization, creating the most favorable conditions for the Club to operate effectively and practically".
