Article 42 of Decree 200/2025/ND-CP stipulates the regime for people on duty.
Accordingly, the number of people on duty at the Commune-level Civil Defense Command is determined by the Head of the Commune-level Civil Defense Command.
- Civil servants, public employees, and workers on overtime duty are calculated and receive overtime wages according to the provisions of Articles 98, 104, 105, 106, 108, and 55 of the Labor Code and Articles 55, 56, and 57 of Decree 145/2020/ND-CP.
- People on duty at night, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the following day at advisory and support agencies for the Commune-level Civil Defense Command shall receive additional meals calculated by day as follows:
Level 1: For those who have worked for 4 hours or more, they will receive an additional allowance equal to the basic allowance for 1 day of the militia mobilized for their duties.
Level 2: People with a time of 2 hours to less than 4 hours are entitled to an additional allowance equal to 0.5 of the basic allowance for 1 day of the Militia mobilized for service.
- The cost of overtime wages and overtime meals for civil defense duties is included in the budget for regular expenditures to perform civil defense tasks of ministries, branches and localities.
