In 2024, the Lak District Labor Federation directed grassroots unions to visit and present 1,760 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, with a total value of over 352 million VND.
Implementing the "Union Shelter" Program, during the year, the Lak District Labor Federation supported funding to build 5 houses for union members with special housing difficulties (total amount of 220 million VND).
The grassroots unions also maintained the good implementation of building a mutual solidarity fund with a total amount of 1.8 billion VND. Thereby, solving the problem of loans for over 180 union members in difficulty to develop their family economy.
In 2024, Lak District Trade Union admitted 35 new members, reaching 100% of the yearly plan.
Ms. Dao Thi Thanh An - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Lak district acknowledged and commended the results that the district's trade unions at all levels achieved in 2024.
In 2025, Ms. An suggested that the Lak District Labor Federation promote propaganda activities about major holidays in many forms. In particular, strive for each grassroots trade union organization to have at least one project to welcome the Party Congress at all levels.
