On November 5, Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong, member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, said that in October 2025, the Vietnam Construction Trade Union Agency focused on directing affiliated trade unions to organize trade union congresses at all levels towards the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030; organize training conferences on the organization and finance of trade union congresses at all levels with more than 300 delegates attending; coordinate with the Ministry of Construction to successfully organize the Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Construction Industry in 2025.
The Vietnam Construction Trade Union has also directed units to organize activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025), organize a training conference on women's work in 2025; deploy inspection, supervision, finance, and foreign affairs; care for and support union members and workers affected by natural disasters and floods; at the same time, promptly launch affiliated unions to propagate and mobilize union members and workers of units in the industry to organize donations and support people affected by storm No. 10 ( Bualoi) and send them to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to support people to soon overcome the consequences of natural disasters and stabilize their lives.
The Vietnam Construction Trade Union Agency identified the key tasks for November 2025 as continuing to direct and guide affiliated trade unions to organize trade union congresses at all levels, preparing conditions to serve the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union to ensure progress and quality; organizing the 2025 Sports Tournament of affiliated trade unions to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day on November 20; completing the summary report for 2025, work plan for 2026; deploying a plan to take care of Binh Ngo 2026 and foreign affairs work, welcoming the delegation of the Belarus Construction and Construction Materials Production Trade Union, the Japanese Transport Trade Union to visit and work in Vietnam. Organized for the Vietnam Construction Trade Union delegation to attend the 18th Congress of the UITBB International Construction Materials and Wood Trade Union.
