This is an activity to practically celebrate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth, celebrate the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and respond to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health and the Workers' Month 2026.
The festival took place at Daikyo Ohta Clothing Co., Ltd., attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate with a series of meaningful and practical activities, including: skills competition "Productivity race, breakthrough success"; training and guidance on first aid skills for labor accidents; recycled fashion with the theme "Recycled colors in the factory"; Teambuilding games "Solidarity strength".
The skills competition "Productivity Race, Breakthrough Success" has the competition of union members and skilled workers from 8 production teams of Daikyo Ohta Clothing Co., Ltd.
Contestants sew and complete a sample product according to the company's strict technical standards. In the end, the organizing committee awarded the title "Golden Hand" to union member Vo Thi Thu - 4th runner, the contestant with the highest productivity in the competition.
Training and guidance activities on first aid skills for labor accidents for workers reported by Dr. Pham Hoa - Head of Quality Management Department of Quang Nam Regional General Hospital have equipped core survival knowledge and skills such as first aid: cardiopulmonary resuscitation; first aid for heatstroke; electrical first aid; stroke recognition.
The Recyclable Fashion Contest with the theme "Recyclable Colors in the Workshop", 8 teams from Daikyo Ohta Clothing Co., Ltd., Woochang Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Da Nang Plastic Co., Ltd. brought unique outfits, conveying a strong environmental protection message.
Teambuilding games "Strength of Unity" attracted 8 production teams of Daikyo Ohta Clothing Company. Through two intense competitions "Flapping water into bottles" and "Finding lemon at the bottom of the pool", team members showed high team spirit, bringing hearty laughter and receiving worthy rewards from the Organizing Committee.
